Vegetable Fries

For those chunky chip cravings, these are a delicious alternative. You can use any vegetable you like and bake them. Just remember cooking time will vary depending on the type of vegetable. Serve them in rolled baking paper for an added sea-side affect.


  • 2 courgettes

  • 2 carrots

  • 2 sweet potatoes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Pinch black pepper

  • Pinch salt


  1. Slice the courgette, carrots, and potatoes lengthways and in half to eat french frie like shapes.

  2. Season and rub in the oil, salt and pepper.

  3. Bake the sweet potatoes and carrots for 35 minutes at 180. Add in the courgettes after 10 minutes.

  4. Turn all vegetables over half way through cooking.

  5. Serve in baking paper cones.
