With over 13 years as a personal trainer, group -exercise instructor and master trainer I will help you change your mindset around fitness so that you can begin & enjoy your fitness journey.
As well as working on mindset around health and fitness I can also create a range of personalised fitness plans and offer 1-2-1 or small group training sessions.
Whether you prefer a holistic approach like pilates, or a high intensity HIIT session your session will be designed and tailored to not only help you reach your goals but more importantly will be a session you thoroughly enjoy and can stick to!
I will help you make positive and lasting changes to your health. Guiding you through the process of creating a vision for your health and well-being you will develop a healthy mindset and healthy habits. I will support and encourage you until you reach your goals.
