Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Oh wow these cookies are perfectly chocolatley. I love eating these just when they have come out of the oven, and the chocolate just oozes out of the cookie. So delicious!


100 g cup buckwheat flour

30g coconut oil

45ml milk of choice

50g ground almonds

3 bsp cacoa

1 small bar of raw chocolate 

2.5 tbsp maple syrup

0.5 tsp vanilla essence

pinch of salt


1. Place all ingredients in a bowl except the chocolate and mix together.

2. Chop up the chocolate into pieces and add into mixture.

3. Once all ingredients has formed into a dough like consistency, take a tbsp and roll into balls. You can flatten them a little to make them into cookie shapes.

4. Cook for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
