For those killer chocolate cravings, these healthy alternatives are one of my favorites. The best thing is that you can make the drops as big or as small as you like !
170g Cacoa Butter melted
65g Maple Syrup
60g Cacao powder
0.5tsp vanilla powder or essence
PIinch of salt
Melt cacao butter.
Grind salt to a fine powder (e.g. in a mortar and pestle).
Add maple syrup to cacao butter.
Sieve cacao powder, vanilla powder and salt onto butter and maple mix.
Add in any of your optional extras and stir.
Whisk until smooth.
Keep stirring and whisking until chocolate cools a little.
Pour into moulds or drop onto baking sheet paper..
Put into the fridge until set.
Store in the fridge or at room temp.

Freezing Time: 1 hour minutes
