Coconut Cookies

Two of the best ingredients; coconut & more coconut, and simply delicious! These cookies are so cakey, they really are filling and are filled with wholesome, natural & nutritious ingredients.


  • 100g buckwheat flour

  • 50g coconut flour

  • 45g desiccated coconut

  • 75g coconut oil

  • 30g coconut sugar

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp bicarbonate soda


  1. Mix the coconut oil, vanilla, maple syrup and sugar together.

  2. In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients.

  3. Combine both the dry and wet mixtures and mix until a dough is formed.

  4. Make small balls and flatten with a fork.

  5. Cook for 10 minutes.
