Banana, banana, banana. How I love bananas. This cake is the perfect afternoon delight, or morning breakfast. Whether you eat it on its own, or top with some goodies it is moist, filling and so delicious
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
90g buckwheat flour
60g almond flour
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp baking powder
Option extras for toppings: coconut yoghurt, berries or almond butter.
1. Mash bananas.
2.Add the coconut oil and maple syrup and mix.
3.Add all the dry ingredients and mix well.
4.Grease a small tin and add mixture.
5.Preheat oven and cook at 180 for 35-40 minutes.
